The modalities of implementing the Mastering imposed by the Department sacrifice the interests of students who sometimes 4 or more teachers, the same year, for the same discipline. The interests of trainees are also killed, their working conditions are extremely heavy, difficult and they receive very little training.
But mastering this has further consequences, equally serious for the future of education. Indeed, the number of candidates in competitions has decreased considerably: 18 000 candidates the assistance of school teachers (for 3000 seats) against 34,952 last year and 21 000 to contest the second level (for 8600 seats) against 38,244 last year.
The National Education will therefore increase the recruitment of untrained contractors, enabling it to make further savings.
